Warranty and Repairs

At Atom Packs we take pride in the exceptional build quality of our gear and we stand firmly behind every pack that we create. In the unlikely event that your pack experiences some defect in manufacturing or materials, we've got you covered.

1 Year Warranty:

If your backpack proves to be defective before its first birthday, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear (which naturally occurs over time and with regular use), nor does it cover accidental damage.

How to Make a Claim:

We encourage you to reach out to us first via email. Have your order number and detailed photographs of the issue to hand so we can make an assessment.

Once we review your case, we will send you a case number and a returns form to be returned to us, along with the clean backpack*. We will need to review the damage in person before we approve any repair or replacement.

The cost of returning your backpack to us falls to you. In the case of a successful warranty claim, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Repairs:

We understand that accidents happen, and your pack might need a little TLC beyond the warranty period. Our workshop is open throughout the lifespan of your pack.

The cost of repairs typically averages £45 per hour - depending on the repair we may occasional levy a small surcharge for additional materials. Depending on the time of year repairs may take 4-6 weeks to turn around.
