Accessories and other products

Any unused off-the-shelf backpack or accessory can be returned to us for a refund, minus the shipping cost, up to 14 days after you take receipt of the goods. Return shipping is at your own expense. If you wish to start a return, you must contact us first

Custom products

We cannot accept returns on custom work except for where there have been errors in manufacture so be sure to make sure you are totally happy with your order before proceeding to checkout.

Delivery Duty Paid (USA & EU)

If we are refunding you before your order has been shipped we can refund the full amount, including the shipping charge and the import VAT and duties.

If we have shipped the item, we cannot reclaim import VAT and duties that we have paid after your order goes through customs. This means that if you want to return something we cannot refund the import VAT and duties paid at checkout.
