Shipping policy

We ship our products all over the world using UPS, DPD and Royal mail. The correct shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout.

We will ship all accessories within two weeks of your order, Ready Made packs ship inside 2 weeks, all Custom orders are subject to a lead time (listed on the top banner of our website).

The lead time does not include delivery time so be sure to factor this in for your upcoming trip.

Delivery times

The delivery times for the courier services below are estimates for how long the item will take to get to you once your order has been completed at our workshop. You will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number upon completion of your order.

If you live in a remote location, we may occasionally need to charge a small extra fee for shipping. This will be calculated when we ship the pack.

Taxes and Customs fees

Atom Packs is registered for VAT in the UK: GB329424790

All prices displayed in GBP (£) on our website will include VAT at 20%. If you are browsing our website from outside of the UK, you may select to shop in your local currency, in which case the price shown will be exclusive of VAT.

Customers outside the UK are not liable for UK VAT. If you choose to shop in GBP (£) then the VAT shown in the price will be automatically deducted at checkout. However, you may be liable for your country’s import duties and tax.

Import Fees General

For all orders outside of the UK, a customs/import fee may be due. Keep an eye out for contact from the postal service or courier asking for funds before they release the package. This will normally be a small duty charge and then your relevant sales tax (VAT equivalent). It is your responsibility to inform yourself of these charges before purchasing, check online to find your country’s rate and what applies to you. A safe estimate would be roughly 25% of the final value of your order, including shipping.

Import Fees USA

We are now shipping all items to the US Delivered Duty Paid. This means the price that you pay at check out now includes Duties and Tariffs. This should mean that shipping to the US is significantly faster, as the item will not need to clear customs before it can be delivered to you.

Import Fees EU

We are now shipping all items to the EU Delivered Duty Paid. This means the price that you pay at check out now includes Duties and Taxes. This should mean that shipping to the EU is significantly faster, as the item will not need to clear customs before it can be delivered to you.

Import Fees Australia

For goods with a value of AUD1000 or less, there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the border.

We have tried our hardest to mitigate the cost to the consumer of shipping overseas but we cannot amend or alter the customs form to indicate a lower price.

Delivery and failed delivery

It is your responsibility to collect your delivery in a timely fashion. If an item is returned to us as undeliverable then we will have to charge you for re-delivery - keep an eye out for emails from us detailing information about your order so you are ready to receive it.

Please make sure someone will be at the address to receive the order, our lead time is an estimate only and sometimes we may ship an item out sooner. We will gladly hold off on mailing an item if we know you won’t be in, so be sure to let us know if you are planning to be away from the address. Once the item is shipped, you can use the courier’s delivery portal to manage the delivery.
