Backpack Repair Charge

We offer a backpack repair service for any Atom Packs product purchased from our website that has sustained damage or wear and tear.

Before you check out with this item please first send us an email containing a brief explanation of the issue, clear photos of the problem areas, and your original order number.

THE TERMS

By purchasing this item, you are paying for one hour of repair time, and a nominal contribution to any materials needed. If, when your backpack arrives with us, we think that additional repair time may be needed, we will let you know by email before we start work. We charge additional repairs time at £45 an hour. If you require replacement accessories like a hip belt or frame, these will be charged at the normal rate.

Please make sure you checkout with the correct shipping address and contact information, as, when you repair is complete, we will ship the item back to you using these details.

All of our repairs are covered by a one year guarantee. For this reason, repairs are completed at our discretion. While we can repair most issues, some damage is not economically viable to repair as it represents neither good value to you, nor a sensible use of our time. In this situation we will call you to discuss your options, and, in the event a backpack in deemed irreparable, the cost of the repair charge will be refunded and the backpack returned to you.

Owing to the size of our small team, please plan for us to have your backpack in our possession for six weeks.

All backpacks must be returned to us clean. If we have to wash your backpack for you, we reserve the right to charge you an undisclosed cleaning fee (and spend that money on beers for the team on Friday). Please see our blog on how to clean your pack.
