The Roo

Our redesigned, lightweight, low profile bum bag/fanny pack is the ultimate in convenience and accessibility, enabling you to have everything you need on trail right there at your fingertips. Available once more in two sizes: 1.5 and 2.5L

What we changed: The zip opening has been improved to allow for easier access, the side panels are now slightly deeper for allow more usable space and we now use our 210D Robic Extreema as standard - if you are feeling adventurous, why not go for a Zero Waste Roo which will be made with any combination of fabrics and colours of offcuts. More info on this can be found below

The 20mm soft feel nylon webbing secures to a side release buckle on the wearer's right-hand side. There is a mesh pouch at the front and a low profile, internal sleeve inside for organisation of smaller items.

Whilst the Roo is built using waterproof fabrics and uses a YKK 5mm aquaguard zip, it is not seam sealed so this means some water could ingress in heavy rain.

Dimensions and weight: H x W x D

  • 1.5L: 8" x 5" x 2.5" - 86g/3oz
  • 2.5L: 9" x 6" x 2.5" - 96g/3.4oz

Zero Waste

We have dived into our considerable offcut bin to liberate as many pieces of fabric as are usable to make completely unique Roos! These Roos are made exclusively from offcuts and are sold as a lucky dip. We cannot make these custom for you, they are made as they are, from a variety of fabrics in a variety of colours. The panels may be made out of multiple pieces.  You cannot request specific colour combos. The aim here is to create an easily produced, unique product that minimises what we would otherwise send to landfill. There will likely be at least three different colours on each Roo so, if that's not your thing, perhaps go for a standard Robic one!

Covid 19 update. 21st Jan 2021

In order to protect the health of our team, we have decided to scale back our production until infection numbers in our area decrease.

This will, of course, have an effect on our lead time. Luckily, we were quite well ahead on our orders going into Christmas so at present things aren’t looking too bad. Motown and I are still producing some orders, although not to our normal scale, nor at the normal work crew’s efficiency. We will aim to update the lead time each week.

We appreciate that any delay may be disappointing, but we ask for your patience as we try to navigate through this safely.

Take care of each other and please, wear a mask
